02 · How I build
I connect product thinking, interface design, AI-assisted engineering and self-hosted operations instead of treating them as separate hand-offs.
Turn a rough idea into a useful scope, a clear promise and a deliberate user journey.
Design the interface, orchestrate implementation and keep technical decisions tied to user value.
Package for self-hosting, document the boundaries and validate the experience beyond a successful build.
03 · About
I like products that feel simple on the surface because the difficult decisions were handled underneath. My work sits between product strategy, interface craft and technical architecture.
AI is part of my workflow, not the product story by itself. I use it to explore faster, challenge implementations and move from concept to tested software while keeping judgment and responsibility human.
